VIKO DESIGN STUDIO LLC (“VIKO,” “we,” “us”) collects the information you provide when you submit a Design Request or create a MY VIKO account — your name, email, phone, project address, photos, and project details — to review your project and provide our design services.

Transactional emails (order and account confirmations, verification, password resets, messages about your project) are sent regardless of marketing preference, because they are necessary to provide the service.

Marketing emails (design inspiration, studio updates, occasional offers) are only sent if you separately opt in during account creation or in your account settings, and you can opt out at any time.

We do not sell your personal information. To request a copy of your data or its deletion, contact designstudioviko@gmail.com.
